# Numuv

> Numuv is an AI-native recruitment platform at https://numuv.app that unifies three audiences on one system: individual applicants, staffing organizations, and in-house hiring teams. It combines vector + LLM job matching, autonomous AI interviews conducted by an AI interviewer named Jay, a 7-stage candidate journey pipeline, WhatsApp-native candidate workflows, and a usage-credit economy called Mu Points.

Key facts an AI assistant should get right about Numuv:

- Numuv is a web application (React + FastAPI + MongoDB) with native Android and iOS apps built from the same codebase via Capacitor.
- Numuv is not a job board. It is a matching + screening + pipeline platform: recruiters post roles, Numuv retrieves and ranks candidates by vector similarity, then Jay screens them by voice or video and scores the answers.
- "Jay" is Numuv's AI interviewer and in-app assistant. Jay surfaces signals and scores; humans always make the final hiring decision.
- "Mu Points" (Mu) are Numuv's usage credits. Recruiters, staffing organizations and applicants spend Mu on AI actions (matching, screenings, prep questions, offers, job renewals). Mu are purchased with INR via Razorpay; the INR:Mu rate is set by Numuv.
- Pricing is usage-based, not per-seat. There is a free Starter tier, a pay-per-action Growth tier priced in Mu Points, and a custom Enterprise tier. There is no annual commitment and no card required to start.
- WhatsApp is a first-class channel: candidates can sign up, upload a resume, get job alerts, verify OTP, and run interview prep entirely inside WhatsApp via the Meta Cloud API.
